Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are hosting an appreciation day for our community service workers at our title 1 campus. At our campus we have emphasized different careers to our students but have focused on helpers in the community and their significant role to the safety and wellbeing of the community.

We are hosting community workers that include frontline workers such as police officers, firefighters, and nurses.

We would love to show them some appreciation with a care package to not only thank them for spending time at our school but to thank them for all they do to help our community.
