Help me give my students a security and safe learning environment. These 2 way radios will help Site Manger, Front Desk, and Custodian keep track on the school surrounding and to help keep our students safe each day.
This project expired on April 18, 2019.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are ready and eager to learn. I have 19 Head Start students that’s also a part of the local ISD partenership programs. My students love to learn either hands on activities or building listening skills.
My students are from low income households and some of them are unable to have tablets at home.
My students have one table and sometimes it cause a problem or the students only have 5 minutes due to everyone having a turn.
The most important thing about my students to me seeing their bright eyes and beautiful smiles ready to start the day no matter how it may end. We start each day by hitting the reset button.
These 2 way radios are to be use for communication and safety for the children. The radio will be used by staff in different position so we can always be mindful of our school surrounding.
The 2 way radios will be used to communicate inside & outside so our children are safe at all times.
The staff will be able to communicate without interrupting students during learning and play time.
We just want our students to feel that our school is secure for their safety. Our students need to be able to enjoy and not feel threat at anytime of the day. When making announcement over the intercom child do listen and can become afraid however if we have the 2 way radio this will be less stressful for our students.
