My Students

My students come to school every day ready to learn and be inspired. Every student who attends our school is a super star! We're safe, respectful and responsible. Many of the students that attend our school come from single parent homes and low income families. We have a diverse population including bilingual speaking families. School is a place they feel safe and able to explore endless possibilities. We inspire each student to be the best they can be and shine brightly!

My Project

Allowing my students a choice of what kind of chair or stool they use during the day will improve their learning. Sitting in a comfy spot with movement options will make them happy and excited to learn. Kindergarteners are full of energy all day and need options to help keep them focused. My goal is to create a memorable and exciting first year of school for all my students. Flexible seating is one of many ways I can make this possible for them. Without your help this experience won’t become a reality for my amazing group of 21 kindergarteners this school year!!
