This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am a School Counselor in a Title I school. I have been working with students with special needs in the same school for 22 years and am still using the same furniture. Our chairs are old, peeling wood of all different sizes. I would love to start redecorating the counseling room so that it looks happy, visually appealing, and feels comfortable for my students to express their emotions, play, and be creative. Please help me fund this project so that my students have a warm and inviting space to come to. Thank you so much!
