This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have an amazing group of hard-working kindergarteners that love reading books. This year is very special to me because I am new to this school. I want to make our classroom cozy and relaxed.

We do not have an area for a library and this would be a great opportunity to make one for my little reading lovers.

My students are currently reading at their tables and that is fine but a library space would be so much better for them.

I have many books for my students to enjoy and having a library would add another place to enjoy them in comfy beanbags and on a cozy carpet. I love seeing my students share books they love with their friends or see them get lost in a book.
