The students in this classroom are unique. They are considerate of one another and are striving to live out our class motto, 'Speak Life,' in the way they communicate with one another. This is a predominately low-income Title I school. The students in this class work hard to ensure a positive, respectful environment for all learners.
The students have a multitude of learning styles, but love to collaborate and interact with their peers.
They use hands-on materials to learn and are bright and inquisitive. Many have a love of reading materials of all genres. They love to play educational games and work through logic puzzles.
The Nugget is a play couch that can be configured into various set-ups. It is soft, comfortable, and washable! It consists of four pieces: the base, cushion, and two triangular pillows. It is made of thicker foam.
The Nugget will provide a comfortable seating option for students to use during research, writing, holding discussions with classmates, or for enjoying a good book.
The classroom is a flexible seating environment and the Nugget will make a wonderful addition to the room. Students will enjoy having this as an option as they decide where the best spot in the room is for them to concentrate on their work.
