Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Each and every day I am inspired by my students. Many of my students live in poverty, some have also suffered trauma beyond what any 8 year old should know. Yet each day, they come to school and greet me at the door with a handshake and a big smile. You see school is the place where they feel safe, a place where they can just be an 8 year old kid dreaming about the opportunities the future may one day hold for them.

Flexible seating helps make learning fun.
Students feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment.
Flexible seating allows students to choose where they work and with whom. These Flex-Space Comfy Floor Seats will allow students to change their location and positions as needed.
Students learn better when they have a chance to collaborate with one another. These Flex-Space Comfy Floor Seats will allow students to easily work in small groups.
When students are uncomfortable, they are distracted and not productive. These Flex-Space Comfy Floor Seats will allow students to find comfortable positions throughout the classroom. Comfortable students are calm, focused, and productive.
