My Students

Our first graders are the most wonderful students in the world. This is the statement we express to our students daily. We want all our students to know how wonderful they are to give them a positive attitude about themselves. We want to speak it into existence.

My students are warm, caring, and loving little boys and girls who are eager to learn.

Each day, these great little minds come to school filling my day with so much joy and inspiration!

My Project

My students love to read books and listen to books in our classroom reading library. However, we are lacking comfortable seating for them to use while they are reading. Right now, they only have a rug to sit on, which causes them to take their books to different areas of the room because there isn't individual seating. By providing them with flexible seating, this will allow my students to sit in their own space to enjoy reading in a comfy corner.

My students will be able to use the comfy corner furniture to listen to books and read books in a comfy corner!

Help me give my students amazing flexible seating options in our classroom reading library so that every student has a place they can enjoy reading and listening to books. This new furniture will provide benefits for my students for years to come.
