Comfy Corner to Read

Help me give my students a comfy place to read and escape the pressures of middle school in the pages of a book. My students also need earphones to access information in the library that has audio.

My Project

The library is a haven for many kids. We are creating a Social Emotional corner in the library to be enjoyed by our students that need a break from middle school stress. These bean bag chairs will create a comfy nook to silently read and escape.

The library is a place to connect but also to escape.

Studies have shown that reading just 15 minutes a day can lower both mental and physical stress. We also have many students that come to the library to access information on their computers that has audio. We currently have no way of letting them access that information if they do not have headphones with them.
