My Students

Our kindergarten students are AMAZING! They are an excited and curious group of five and six year olds. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds, yet they are all eager to make new friends and love to learn!

Our students come with a variety of needs.

The majority of our students are on free or reduced lunches. We have students who receive services from special education, speech, OT/PT, Title 1, and ELL. With each of these needs we meet them using UDL principals inside our classroom.

My Project

Our classroom has a hard cold tile floor. As kindergartners, we spend a lot of time working and learning on the floor. A classroom rug will provide a comfortable place for these young learners to work!

By donating to this project you will be helping create a comfortable and inviting area for kindergartners to learn and grow.

This rug will help provide a defined personal space for each student and cut down on distractions. The vacuum will help extend the life of our rug. I have seen how a defined and personal space benefits my students. I can't wait to make it beautiful and comfortable with this rug and vacuum!
