My students are my world! They light up the classroom the minute they walk in. We are a family in our classroom and will do anything to encourage and help each other in any way needed. My students love to learn through hands on, active, and engaging activities that allow them to think outside the box.
My students reach for their dreams and goals each and every day and inspire me to do the same.
They love the ability to have control of the environment in which they learn. I have some options of where and how they can sit around the room, but I would love the opportunity to provide them with even more options to create that cozy feel of home allowing them to leave stress and anxiety at the classroom door.
They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!
My Project
My students always say how comfortable they feel learning in my classroom. I give them the lead to be able to choose where they know they will perform at their best each and every day they walk into the classroom. Right now the choice is what makes things "comfy and cozy." I would love the opportunity to make each and every seat truly "comfy and cozy!" Every student learns differently and that does not just pertain to the way the information is taught. Students (as well as us adults) need to feel confident and comfortable in what we are doing to feel we can succeed and I want my students to have that feeling each day in my classroom!!
