Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I love that my students work together to achieve the same goal. My students hold themselves accountable of ensuring that they are following classroom and school expectations all the time. My students are supportive with on another’s actions, especially showing deep concern for those that are not okay. My students encourage one another to do the right thing when nobody is watching. My students are leaders in showing others that proper ways to disagree with a student. My students are a great bunch of learners!

My Project

This project will allow my students to focus during instruction with the option of choosing where they would like to be seated. These resources will allow my students to build positive relationships with students. These resources will allow for my students to effectively use critical thinking skills outside of the curriculum. They will also help my students to have exposure to the STEM Model. This will help foster a positive classroom climate in my students, as well as, reveal to students that they are loved and cared for despite the circumstances that they may been in at home. These resources will bring my classroom together into a happy family that supports all students through the learning process.
