My Project

It is no secret the amount of time students spend sitting in a classroom all day. Many students have a difficult time sitting in a standard chair for hours on end. Something I would love to provide my students in a comfortable place for them to sit while they work on skills they've learned in class. Giving students a comfortable futon would provide them an area to sit while working in groups, pairs, or individually. They will also feel comfortable while practicing these concepts in class. I am also seeking a small table for students to use while they sit on the futon. I want them to feel at home in the classroom, and free to practice skills they are learning at the carpet. I hope you see something special in my project, and that you are able to help support us in making this dream a reality!
