This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bilingual and are learning two languages. They work very hard academically and always do their best in both languages. I want to transform their classroom into a space where they feel comfortable, creative, and also a place where they can calm down and feel relaxed. I want them to have a space where they feel free to move into different positions and get ample lumbar support. These bean bags will give students more options to sit than just chairs. They will get better support due to how bean bags mold and create shapes that fit their bodies, and will help them feel more comfortable to read, write, and work on math. These bean bags will help my students change the way in which they work.
