Comfort While Computing

My Students

My students come from a variety of socioeconomic scenarios, from families who live comfortably to others who struggle to make ends meet and sometimes come to school hungry.

My classroom is a part of a school system working towards successfully identifying the unique leadership qualities in every child, no matter the background!

As staff members, we work hard to identify the needs and strengths of every child so that they are successful learners, compassionate citizens, and role models for others as they grow!

My Project

Students will be able to better focus when and where they are most comfortable learning, which will increase their overall achievement in my class. The Flex Floor Comfy Seats will allow my students to choose where they sit and also be comfortable in the location where they are working.

This type of seating will allow my students to be comfortable while having the laptops sitting on their laps.

Currently, in my room, I do not have an option such as this, so I know my students will look forward to being able to work in areas of the classroom of their choosing. Each group of students are with me for a short time each week, so I want to be able to create an environment that will allow me to capitalize on the time that I have with them and the learning they need to achieve!
