My Students

Our second grade classroom is a room of challenge and discovery. Each child in my room contributes their own individuality to make our classroom unique.

I am excited to offer even more learning opportunities within my classroom to challenge and inspire my students to grow.

They love to move, learn and read. My students come from all different backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. I want to help provide them with as many learning opportunities as possible while they are in my classroom.

My Project

Studies have shown there is a strong correlation between movement in the classroom and learning. I love giving my second graders options when it comes to seating. Who doesn't want a comfy place to sit during the day??

Having flexible seating options is a must in the productive elementary classroom.

I would love to have more options available to my students. Having a collaborative floor seating will be beneficial for some of my sensory learners. They will be able to sit and move while working independently or with a group during classroom instruction and learning.
