My Students

My students are hard-working and very respectful. They have taken leadership roles in the classroom and have made it their own! I’m proud of all they have accomplished and want to continue to support their learning by creating a comfortable and flexible space for them.

I want to give them a space they will love and enjoy learning in even more than they do now.

My Project

If my students have different options for seating while they are working, they can build their stamina and get more out of their learning.

By providing them spaces that fit their needs, whether it is a toggle chair for movement or a comfortable seat with a back on the floor for reading, they should be able to have options when they are at school for such a long period of time.

Sitting in a chair at a desk all day can be hard for most children. I want them to move around if they need to. I want them to have a special spot to read with their partner or write a story.
