This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every day I feel like the luckiest teacher in our district. I teach GT students at my campus. They are some hard-working, amazing kids. They are go-getters. They do their best work. They surprise me with their results. I enjoy teaching them. The personalities keep me looking forward to teaching each day.

I want to give them the best opportunities.

I want to expose them to different types of technology. They are going to be life long learners for sure. Thank you for reading.

My Project

Help me bring the fun into the PBL with some cool K’nex sets. I am requesting materials for an upcoming PBL about amusement parks. The materials will be used to for the model phase of our project. Students will design their own amusement park with rides, snacks, and entertainment. I would like to have this project include a building phase. In order to complete this phase we need some K’nex. I believe this will keep students engaged in building. The set I am asking for allows students to build different rides. Students will get the guidance they need to complete the model.
