My Students

I teach in a small, rural town. We are a Title 1 elementary school with 71% of students receiving free lunch. My class includes a large population of exceptional needs students. Most of my students also live in single-family homes.

Develop a passion for learning; if you do you, will never cease to grow.

My students need a classroom that helps them learn in an interactive setting. Many of my lessons are composed of small-group activities so that I may meet each individual's needs.

My Project

This table will give me the perfect space to work with students in a small group setting. I will be able to easily accommodate each student and their needs. It also provides the students with a tabletop space to solve problems.

Small group instruction is imperative to the success of learners.

I will have the opportunity to work with students in a small setting so that I may target each individual need to help them grow as learners. It will be utilized in all areas of the classroom.
