My Students

Our sixth graders are driven, excited, and hard-working students! They are beginning their middle school career, and are learning to be amazing readers and writers. This time in their life is pivotal, and their brains are developing in amazing ways.

Their first year of middle school is often scary, but at the same time very exciting.

I try my hardest to make them comfortable, but also to push them to new levels! They are held to a high standard and are learning to become amazing readers and writers.

My Project

We need crayons, colored pencils, and markers to help us with our interactive science notebook. Too many times my students come to school without the supplies necessary for them to be successful.

With the coloring supplies, my students won't have to worry about not having materials and be able to focus on learning instead of trying to find supplies.

My students will be able to color their notes and be more prepared to learn.

Being able to color the notes in the interactive notebook will help my students be able to clearly focus on the lessons being taught instead of worrying about materials. We use colored utensils to color and label pictures such as parts of a flower, the earth's atmospheric layers, and for projects throughout the year.
