Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach students in grades 9-12. They are hard-working, talented, smart, and determined. What I love most about my students is that they do not allow their circumstances to deter them from being great. I work at a Title I school located in an urban area. The environment is not so great, but my students show up every day excited about learning and determined to make a better life for themselves.

My Project

Everything is better in color. Well, there is only one color printer throughout our school, and it is a hot commodity. Due to only one person being able to operate this printer, to keep down the spread of COVID, there is always a wait to get things printed in color.

So I would like to fix this problem for my students by having our own color printer in our classroom.

Students will be able to print out reports, pictures for their projects, etc., in color. Having these things printed in color will enhance the overall presentation of the assignment at hand.

Help me help my students add color to their work without having a long wait.
