Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The students in my room are extremely creative. As a group, they have and continue to overcome extreme life experiences. Despite all the negative things they go through they demonstrate that they want to improve and be better. No matter how hard the day is they always come in ready to try their best.
They make me want to do my absolute best every day.
They come in every day ready with ideas and perspectives that are eye-opening, unique, and a bit silly at times.
My Project
My class will be composed of 7 and 8 year olds who are curious and energetic. The ink will allow me to print their work and highlight vocabulary and key concepts. In math it will be a great way to color coordinate different place values and key procedures
Our school lacks the resources to give each student their own work book for any subject.The bright color paper will aid in engaging them in our writing activities and the printing paper will allow me to to print our daily activities.
The file holders will allow me to prepare and store future copies in order since we don't have ability to bind them together.
I don't want to hinder my students learning due to lack of textbooks, help me ensure we continue to feed their curiosity.
