My Students

Posen, Michigan is a small, rural area with a proud Polish heritage in middle-of-nowhere Michigan. Maybe you have heard of our Potato Festival.

Being a country school is challenging, but we are up for that challenge.

We are a tight-knit proud community that values education, hard work, and country life.

Our school is small but mighty good. Because we are so small, all of our k-12 students are in one school building. Everyone looks out for everyone else. We are a family -- a school family and a community family.

My Project

We have a very old color printer at my school. It has served our students for many years and hopefully for many more. My class has been using Bookcreator.com and our new microphones to write lots of essays and stories this year. We have printed a lot of pages! I am afraid that we have been hogging the community printer.

We would like to have a new color printer to keep in our room.

Printer cartridges would keep us writing, illustrating, and coloring our stories and essays for the rest of the year.
