Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach 6th-Grade, World History at Nolan Richardson Middle School in El Paso, Texas. I have approximately 130 students. My students do many projects and make reports. Currently our school has a few printers for all the teachers to share. These printers only print in black and white. Also, they are located in the library and it is very inconvenient to use them. I want my students to be able to print and scan in color in my classroom. They also use PowerPoint to make some of their presentations. The scanner feature would allow them to place color pictures in their slideshows. Most of my students do not have computers and printers at home. I want them to have access in my classroom. The school budget is very limited and cannot provide what I need. This grant will help my students very much. Materials needed: 1 Color Printer and Scanner all in one 5 cartridges with black ink 5 cartridges with color ink
