Help me give my students a colorful school year. They need construction paper of various colors to use during Art, for presentation displays, for our bulletin boards, and various projects throughout the year.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come to school every day with a smile on their faces wanting to learn and ready for a new adventure. My fourth graders are eager to share stories about their families, their lives, and their dreams. I hope for my students to be ready with knowledge. But, also with curiosity and interest in what the future holds for them. I want them to believe that they can change their future.
My students are from different parts of the area, but they are primarily from under-served communities that are traditionally limited in their access to great educational experiences.
They are primarily Latino, speaking a variety of home languages such as Mam, Quiche, Spanish, and English. Many of them are economically disenfranchised. Ninety percent of the students at my school receive free lunch.
Their reality has not stopped them from striving to better themselves. They aspire to go to college, to learn, and to contribute back to their community. They dream of being lawyers, doctors, teachers, scientists, and soccer players. They want to be that positive change that their community needs.
My Project
Its amazing how a little color can make a project come alive and can make a student feel excited about the presentation of their work. My students would greatly benefit from having various construction paper to choose from. Due to budget cuts, construction paper choices at school have been narrowed down to brown and grey. My students should be able to add color to the work they do as background, as cut outs and even as the paper they write on.
Adding color to student work can produce a joyful and comfortable feeling to the classroom.
But most of all, it can make any piece of work a work of art.
