I have the honor and privilege of serving multiple grade levels within a small, rural school district. Each year I am astounded by my students perseverance, growth and determination to take steps to ensure a better future for themselves. They are fun, caring, smart and unique. I have the special circumstances to be able to work with them over the course of four years, which means I see their amazing growth and watch them develop into young adults. It is because of this small school environment that my students end of feeling like a family. They grow up together; overcome many obstacles and celebrating many triumphs along the way. Being a part of a small school presents its challenges, but it does not prevent my students from accomplishing amazing things!
My Project
These various items will be used to help celebrate and recognize my senior students as they make courageous decisions for after high school. The motivational encouragement stones will provide a lasting reminder of their goals and dreams after high school. The photo frame magnets, along with the photo booth props will help them commemorate this incredible event for years to come - and remind them of what they hoped to accomplish.
