This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
These are Advanced Placement students striving to continue their education after graduation. They are enrolled in AP courses and are seeking the opportunity to earn college credit while in high school. Their positive attitudes, their drive to be their personal best, and their fulfillment of leadership roles on our campus have contributed to the enhancement of our classroom and school community.
My Project
All students are required to take the Advanced Placement exam from home this year due to COVID 19 school closures. Advanced Placement students are in need of devices to complete their AP exams. Exams can be taken on other devices, but this select group of students must have a computer to complete. Although most of my students own devices, I have a few who are in need of a device for testing. By receiving a device, we will be able to ensure equity and an opportunity for success for all students.
