This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My incoming students absolutely love learning, they are creative, thoughtful and full of questions. They are a great group of 5th graders with different learning styles. I am trying my hardest to provide them with the best opportunity to succeed in class by providing a positive, and cooperative learning environment.
My students learn in various ways, such as using technology, drawing and art, while others use white boards and markers or pencil and paper to capture what they have learned.
To assist each student in achieving their goal, I need to ensure that I provide the necessary supplies to allow them to succeed in a way that fits their learning styles.
My Project
Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Students will use the stools while working at different learning station in math, science, English Language Arts and Social Studies in the classroom. The ink replacement will be used to print worksheets for students and the 3-hole Punch will help students keep their papers organized.
The Metal Stack Stools with Padded Seats will provide comfortable seating while students work at different learning areas in the class, or easily moved to a new location in the classroom.
The students will be able to sit on these stools and work in collaborative learning groups or work on individually assignments.
