My Students

The students that I am blessed with in my classroom come from a variety of very diverse backgrounds. Many come from single-parent homes, high-poverty, or different language barriers. Our school is in a rural area with a majority of students qualifying for free and reduced-price meals.

While in the classroom, we strive to create a warm, family-like community and work at learning from each other!

Even with some of the barriers at home, we work to overcome them at school and give each student wonderful experiences and opportunities to help them grow in their self-confidence.

My Project

This easel will allow my class to collaborate and work together on many projects. We will be able to share ideas and post them around the room. This easel is fully adjustable and even rotates to a table format for increased functionality; perfect for group work.

The students will benefit from visual representation and be able to use this board themselves.

The bars on the sides will allow us to compare and contrast many different ideas and to visually see them all at the same time...perfect for little learners! This magnetic easel board will be used in all subject areas.
