My Students

My second-grade students are bright, energetic children that love hands-on learning! They are on many different reading levels. Some are focusing on reading comprehension while others are learning phonics. My goal is to have all my students reading on a second-grade​ level before the end of the year. I want to help them succeed in second grade, as well as, throughout their whole school career. This project will help me provide them reading skills that will last a lifetime.

My Project

Our classroom collaboration tables will provide my students with the social and educational needs throughout the school year. This will allow my students the ability to talk to their table partners throughout our lessons, and help them succeed in their education! Collaboration has a huge impact on​ reading, language, math, and science areas. I want to give my students the tools that will allow them to succeed this year, as well as, in their future educational areas! This will also allow me to be the best educator to my students, and encourage them in their educational needs. Thank you very much!
