Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Today's children will be competing with kids around the world for future careers, and technology will be at the forefront to obtain these competitive jobs. I took a professional development course on teaching young children how to code, and the Coding Critters curriculum was the most recommended educational resource to teach preschoolers how to code.

As a teacher, I have found that children learn best as they play, and research supports this conclusion.

Coding Critters creates this authentic opportunity by providing students with a STEM connection while playing games at the same time. Please support my class with the chance to increase their advancement for educational success.
