My Students

I am the STEM/computer science teacher at a school in New York. The vast majority of my students are from low socio-economic backgrounds and face many hardships in their daily lives.

My students are energetic and curious, and they motivate me to create new and exciting ways to keep them engaged every single day.

They love coming into my STEM classroom because they know they will be challenged to think outside the box with a hands-on task they must work together to solve.

My Project

Blue-Bot is a programmable robot for kids to learn the basics of coding. There are directional signs on the robot which make it easy for students to work together to code.

Blue-Bot also works with blue tooth, so students will not only be able to program the robot using the directional signs but will also be able to use technology for coding as well.

My students would love this coding robot and be able to see how different it is from other coding robots like the Bee-Bot. This coding robot will take coding to a whole new level.
