My Students

My students come from all different backgrounds and ability levels. Our schools mission statement is to teach the way each child learns.

We have great parent and community support that spend lots of time volunteering and encouraging our students to be life-long learners.

My 2nd graders are a very enthusiastic group of children who LOVE to learn! I want to provide them with the best resources in our classroom to keep them actively engaged while also promoting the use of technology.

My Project

I would like my students to have the opportunity to learn basic coding. The Osmo games are kid-friendly and easy to store. The Osmo will be utilized in reading and math centers as independent stations for the students to practice skills.

Osmo games have the potential to lay a foundation that could provide a promising future for many of my students.

These educational games include tangrams, word study, math, art, coding, and design. The games are interactive and allow for independent practice of such skills. They will enjoy learning as they play! Learning is fun for all of our students!
