Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

What an amazing opportunity for my students to have resources that we do not already have, to use for learning and growing.

We are part of a Title One school where everyone qualifies for free breakfast and lunch. Our kids love to have fun and learn. We want to give every kid the opportunity to learn more and be good at what they do. We want them to leave school feeling successful in everything they do.

My Project

We absolutely love learning about coding and computer science. I do have some students that are not ready for the next level of coding so these materials will be great with hands-on learning. There is nothing more rewarding than to see your students smile when they have accomplished something new.

Coding is something that they can continue to learn and maybe use later in life.

These materials will help all of my students be able to learn which way to program a turn or circle. Letting my students learn on their own and have that responsibility to own what they have learned is rewarding.
