I have the privilege of teaching some of the most inquisitive, energetic and enthusiastic kindergartners at my school! My students walk into the classroom every day with smiles on their faces, full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what the day may bring. Their love of learning and their inquiring minds is what I use to drive instruction each day.
My school is a Title 1 school that welcomes students from many different nationalities and backgrounds.
We have a very diverse student population that allows students to learn from and about each other. I am very fortunate to be able to work at such an amazing place!

My Project
All students love the thought of being able to operate a robot...especially in kindergarten! Having robots in our classroom would allow my students to develop 21st century skills necessary for the future.
Robots in our class would allow my students to participate in STEM projects and learn various skills in a hands-on, inquiry driven way.
My students will become critical thinkers as they experience the adventures of coding a Dash and Dot.
Having Dash and Dot in our class would foster and motivate my students to be fully engaged in learning, while having fun in the process! Helping my kindergartners love learning is a goal I strive for each day!
