My Students

I absolutely love to see my students engaged and working together. Children today need physical activity and teamwork more than ever! They get so excited when they enter the gym with new or special equipment set out for a fun filled activity. For some kids, gym time is the only time they get to truly express themselves and release built up energy from their busy school day. This project will surely build life skills for them all and increase their weekly physical activity!

My Project

My students at my school will absolutely enjoy using the jumbo cup stacks during our field day event this year!! We have always wanted the jumbo sized cups, so that more students can work together and remain engaged during cup stacking. I plan to use the jumbo cups during a relay race, and this will allow us to work on our competitive and teamwork skills! The students' hand eye coordination will be greatly improved with this project.

This field day will be one of the most memorable field days for my students!

The giant inflatable bowling pins will surely grab their attention and generate a lot of excitement that day. Not only will the students work as a team, they will also continue to improve on their throwing and aiming skills. This project will also make a huge impact on my students in the gym as well. I plan to incorporate the jumbo cup stacks and giant bowling pins into my everyday instruction to help get their wiggles out during the day!
