My Students

Our students love to learn and are always very excited and full of personality. My kids live in a rural area and many come from lower-income homes.

They are collectively my best group of readers and need to be challenged with robust vocabulary and interesting stories.

Their work station time is independent and choice-driven, and during reading stations, many of them are reading chapter books.

My students are very energetic and enjoy being able to share their learning and have independence in the selection of some activities.

My Project

We would like to use the mice for new computer carts our school has invested in. The students enjoy using technology to do research, to compose pieces of writing, practice strategies and skills, and to collaborate with others. These mice will help computer longevity and ease of computer use.

These computer mice will serve kindergartners - fifth graders.

The touchpad mice change the size of fonts and activities and are very sensitive to touch, so the wired mice will help the students work more efficiently on the laptops. Using these devices will help them be able to do current and up-to-date work in our world whose technology changes daily.
