This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from a low socio-economic background in New York City. My school is a Title I school. My classroom is outside our school in a portable. My class is a special education class consists of 7th graders with various disabilities. My school is a K-8 school and we share our building with another middle school. Their experiences in learning for fun have been limited due to our resources. This project will allow my students to enjoy learning so they can value their education and wear it at the same time!

My Project

This will make a difference in my students' learning be providing a clear robust sound when using the desktop computer. This will improve their school lives by remembering the fun when hearing the elevated sounds from a pair of speakers.

Our class computer is a primary source of learning.

In order to unleash our computers true potential with powerful, full-range sound from CDs, DVDs, MP3s, and streaming videos, a pair of computer speakers wil deliver both the subtleties in music and the rousing resonance from a read aloud on audio. It is like giving a new voice to our computer.
