Creative minds should not be held back due to funding. These students love to get messy in the art room. There faces light up every time they come into the art room! They love to create!
We are held back from the lack of funding but we will always find a way!
The students create amazing projects from recycled materials and other donated items. We are a Title I school and these students work too hard everyday not to have amazing projects.
My Project
This project is to focus on the everyday needs of a healthy and germ free Art classroom. I am able to teach every student in the school in one week and have to worry about germs that try to make their way in. Students' running noses and germs from the playground find their way onto all the different pencils and supplies in the room.
My classroom will become a safer place for students by providing organization for our classroom supplies through the purchase of the Tote 'n Go plastic containers.
The Clorox disinfecting wipes and Pampers baby wipes will be used to kill germs and clean off supplies in the art room. Puffs tissues will keep students' noses clean.
With the germs held off, students will be able to enjoy snacks during their rewarding Art Day with Welch's Fruit Snacks, with some of my students with nut allergies.
