Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students at our school are a fantastic bunch of kids, who are looking forward to being able to get back to some sense of normalcy. As teachers, we are excited to have them back in the building

As we transition back to in-person learning, I want to make sure that my school is equipped with plenty of cleaning supplies to make sure that the halls and classrooms are safe and sanitized, so high-level learning can take place!

Raven scholars enjoy engaging in activities that are thought-provoking, interesting and relevant to their lives. It is important that our building is not only inviting, but also safe and clean when we transition back to in-person learning.

My Project

The buckets of sanitizing wipes will be distributed evenly to all teachers and staff members to ensure that all areas and surfaces are able to remain clean.

These sanitizing wipes will help to ease the anxiety that some are feeling as we prepare to transition back to in-person learning.

If students have the assurance of knowing that they are in a clean and safe environment, they will be able to focus on learning. In order for students to be successful, it is important that they are able to concentrate on learning and not having to worry about whether or not their desk has been sanitized.
