My Students

This will be my fourth year teaching in an inner city school. A little more than 94% of the students at my school come from low-income homes, which can hinder daily academic growth. Each one of my students has unique learning interests and needs. I want to provide them with the best support to better their personal and academic success.

Our preschool program hosts over 20 wonderful preschoolers who are eager to learn and explore the world around them.

Each of my students showed me they are able to climb any obstacle that tries to get in their way. They will stop at nothing to get to the answer they are searching for. Thank you for finding interest and care for my lovely kids.

My Project

This has been an extremely challenging school year for our students, families, and staff members. Covid-19 has really hindered and effected our community and we want to combat it, while keeping our students in the classroom; learning in-person.

Our preschoolers deserve a safe, sanitized classroom where they can successfully continue to learn, in-person.

This project will help support keeping our classroom and preschoolers safe and healthy as they continue to learn in-person. We are asking for kn95 masks to help eliminate the chances of them testing positive. We added desk dividers for all preschool classrooms to help social distance while they are at their tables working. We also added gloves and spray so we can disinfectant toys, supplies, and furniture.
