I love that my students engage in learning as soon as they enter my classroom. They are creative and eager to aspire in Science. They are engaged in science and the various experiments and hands-on assignments conducted in the science classroom.
More than half of my students come from low-income households.
My students are from very diverse backgrounds and from a broad socioeconomic status. I have honor students and lower level students in the same class and I have to use differentiated instruction often to ensure mastery on all concepts taught.
My Project
Clorox Cleaning Wipes, Clorox Hard Surface Cleaner and Microfiber Cloths will be utilized to wipe all desks, door knobs and any area in the classroom suitable for germs to grow. Daily handwashing using antibacterial hand soap and paper towels would help prevent the spread of germs that could adversely make my students sick. I need my students in class to ensure mastery of the content being taught. Also, I would provide my students with Purell Hand Sanitizer and encourage them that using this sanitizer on a daily basis will prevent the spread of germs. I have requested air purifying green plants because these plants will not only provide my students with clean oxygen to breath but also they are designed to purify the atmosphere. In addition, peppermint oil and tea tree oil will be diffused daily as they have been proven to medicinally clean the atmosphere.
My students deserve the very best and catching a cold may prevent them from coming to school and performing their very best.
Therefore, I am requesting these products to keep my room clean as possible from germs and to purify the air at best with plants and the diffusing of essential oils. I want my students to be successful and to not be concerned with the quality of their classroom as it relates to their health. I will provide them with a safe environment and hopefully a clean and germ free one if possible. My students deserve the opportunity of daily instruction and I would like to continually afford them this opportunity by ensuring a clean room. My hope is that minimizing germs would ensure daily classroom attendance and reduce the number of absences due to sickness from the spread of germs.
