Our Pre-K to 8th grade school is in the heart of Cleveland, a city affected by a 53.9% child poverty rate. We have nearly 360 students who speak over 11 languages and are from all over Cleveland and the world. All of our amazing students receive free lunches.
Our school is in a high need and low income neighborhood.
Our students come to school every day eager to learn. Help me give them access to new and exciting resources that they deserve!
My Project
My students need a butterfly life cycle kit, extra caterpillar coupon, butterfly life cycle pocket charts, and butterfly life cycle big books.
I would like for my students to have more resources to help their minds learn all about different life cycles.
Doing this project will help my students by getting the materials they need to help us create a life cycle learning center within our science center. Learning about life cycles is very interesting to most young children. In my class, my students are very curious and love to learn many new things about life. It is my hope that by creating this project and getting donations that we can make this possible for my Pre-K students that I work with.
