My Students
I work in a new school that was opened to specifically benefit the children in a very low income, high crime urban area. My students come to school hungry. They have rough home lives and are struggling to get a good education. They need so many basic supplies before they can even think about learning!
100% of our students are on free lunch and free breakfasts.

My Project
This is our third year in a new school in an at-risk area of the city. Most of our students are not able to bring any supplies for themselves and are constantly trying to find a way to get by for the day. We bring a lot of supplies for our terrific scholars but would really appreciate some help.
Our scholars really need basic classroom supplies!
We need paper, pencils, cleaning supplies, and ear buds, and printer supplies. Providing our teens with basic supplies like paper and pencils seems like such a little thing but it is truly the difference between failure and success for our scholars.
