Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are growing up an in a low-economic area, and it is vital to have the school supplies they need in order to stay competitive with other school districts.

These students show up to school with an enthusiasm for learning and would be grateful for any donations our classroom receives.

These donations would enhance the educational experience that these students are receiving and would help further their understanding of the materials that are being covered in class. Thank you so much for considering our classroom!

My Project

A majority of my students arrive at school each morning without a pencil, eraser, and/or crayons. This means they can not complete their work, or we spend valuable learning time trying to get everyone the supplies that they need.

Having these supplies would mean that the students are ready to complete their work and we would utilize the precious time that we have in the classroom.

Additionally, we do not want to miss school time being sick, so sanitizer enables us to try to stay in school! We can use it to prevent the spreading of germs from one student to another. If the students are not in school, they are missing out on learning.
