My Students

My first grade Enrichment classroom is a place of challenge and discovery. My students love to research various topics using the computer. They also enjoy typing and share their work with their peers.

We need a working printer and paper supplies.

This year in our non-fiction literacy unit the students are going to learn and research about various animals. A printer and paper supplies will allow the students to research and write about animals that they are interested in learning more about.

My Project

These materials will allow the students to do research on the computer and print out their research reports using the new classroom printer.

The students will then have the ability to share with their peers all the facts and information they learned while doing their research.

They will even be able to share any photographs or relevant information with their classmates.Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to share what each child has learned with the other first grade classes in our school. Additionally, the students will invite their parents to a publishing celebration where they will display and share their work.
