My students need a classroom easel and an easel pad as I'm teaching reading and writing. They need stools for small group instruction and a bookshelf to store materials.
My students are book-loving and visual learners. Many of my students are English Language learners and they will greatly benefit from classroom library since some of them may not have access to a variety of books. We have centers and my students need to move their own table chairs every time during small group instruction. Therefore, stools are important for them and students can be simply use stools during small group instruction. In addition, my students are visual learners and they will greatly benefit from a variety of anchor charts and posters.
My Project
I am a first year teacher and I'm currently setting up my classroom. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my classroom and students are most essential and basic. I'll be using the easel during mini-lessons and the easel pad for creating anchor charts and posters. The stools will be used during small group instruction. Your donation will help me create a better environment for my students and ultimately maximize their learning achievement.
In addition, I need a adjustable book storage to organize books and materials.
