My Students

My students are amazing and eager learners! The majority of my students are from low-income families, many speaking languages other than English and some living in difficult situations. Despite these obstacles, they come to school every day with smiles on their faces, ready to learn.

My students come to school wondering what we are going to learn about today!

They enter the room looking around to see what new activities are ready for them to work on. I try to make my classroom a place the students are eager to come to every school day!

My Project

My young learners need very interactive and visual learning materials during our daily whole group lessons.

These classroom materials will enable me to create fun, engaging and interactive lessons for my students!

I will use the laminating sheets to create materials that my students can use multiple times without having to remake them because of ripping or damage. The magnets allow me to easily display vocabulary or visuals on the white board as we are learning together. And the velcro tabs will be used to create games and other independent materials for the students to use on the rug during centers!
