it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Hello! My students are second graders in Camden, NJ. They attend an inner city school called Molina Lower Elementary school. They love learning new things and enjoy being at school. Despite what their circumstances may be outside of school, once they step into the classroom it becomes a safe and comfortable learning environment. My students are such high achievers and have learned from day one to always aim high and never settle for less. These 2nd graders are awesome !
My Project
If my project is funded, my students will have supplies that they are in need of to be successful within the classroom. Pencils, sharpener, erasers, calendar, index cards, sentence strips, storage containers, and a laminator are all things needed to contribute to our successful learning environment. If we were to be funded it would be greatly appreciated. We would be extremely thankful. This would also allow my students to complete homework and other projects at home because I would be able to send supplies home such as pencils and erasers. Thank you in advance for your future interest in helping our classroom.
