Help me give my students classroom supplies for continued learning activites and projects.

I'm a 3rd grade elementary school teacher working in a low socioeconomic community. More than 98% of our students receive free and/or reduced price meals. Our school's resources depend primarily on our Title I funding which definitely makes it difficult to provide my 3rd graders with any additional classroom equipment and essential classroom supplies that may help to enhance their academic learning environment. Also, limited funding hinders our ability to have additional classroom visual and performing arts materials, and P.E. equipment to help maintain an adequate physical education regimen.
Due to the financial household strains of most of my students, affordability and accessibility to various resources creates a huge challenge.
Despite these odds, my students are worker bees and I would love to give my students the opportunity to have access to a variety of academic and physical resources and/or supplies.
In addition to reading, writing, solving math problems, being creative and imaginative in the arts and/or sciences, my students would love to have access to all essential classroom supplies that would assist and foster their academic learning environment, in and outside of the classroom. We need help in order for us to showcase what we really can do!
My class needs sand timers to help with keeping track of their reading fluency and timed multiplication, division, and fractional math fact tests. The students will be able to time each other as they practice during collaborative workshop time. The document camera will be used for projection of lessons in class and for displaying class projects to the class. The craft tape will be used for creating cooperative projects in all subject matters and the supply caddy will be used to organize the tapes for accessibility purposes. Theses resources will be very helpful for our class.
